Pairvi
Overview
Pairvi is building an AI-native workspace for India's lawyers.
It brings case management, legal research, and drafting into one place, built around the way Indian litigation actually runs.
We work as their product studio, defining the MVP and roadmap, then taking the product through build and closed alpha.
The problem
Missing a court date can mean losing a case.
A median solo litigator manages 40–80 active cases at once, tracking hearings, deadlines, documents, and follow-ups across a paper diary, a shared munshi, and a dozen WhatsApp threads.
Court dates can change without warning, so lawyers repeatedly check eCourts to keep up. With so many matters moving at once, staying on top of every date and task becomes a constant source of risk and administrative work.
What we built
One reliable place to see every active case, and what needs attention next.
Pairvi monitors court updates across a litigator's active matters and turns them into a structured case diary. Each update shows what happened, what's next, and what needs to be filed, with every claim linked back to the underlying court document.
The record is built deterministically rather than generated by a language model. Changes are extracted by comparing successive court updates, while AI is used to audit the result rather than write it.
