WeHive brings projects, approvals, and money into one place, with an AI pricing engine that estimates the cost of a build-out before the contract is signed.
We worked as their product studio, taking the product from strategy and infrastructure through to the final user experience.
The opportunity
Architecture and interior design firms were stitching together a fragmented stack.
Complex fit-outs were managed across spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, accounting software, and project-management tools.
The opportunity was to build something purpose-built for the way these firms actually work: one system connecting the project, the money, and the people behind it.
Existing software tended to be either lightweight point solutions or heavy enterprise systems, leaving the middle of the market underserved.
What we built
One system, built around how the project actually runs.
WeHive brings architects, interior designers, clients, vendors, and project teams together, with role-based access and workflows tailored to each participant.
Underneath, we built the infrastructure to run the full project lifecycle: critical-path timelines, approvals, documents, financial ledgers, project wallets, and vendor workflows.
AI sits directly in those workflows, turning unstructured project inputs into pricing, budgets, space plans, and quote comparisons.
